Olivia brings over a decade of experience across management consulting, venture investing, and startup leadership roles, with a focus on helping founders turn breakthrough technologies into market-leading businesses. She began her career at Deloitte Consulting, advising global clients on M&A and digital transformation. She then moved into venture as an early-stage investor focused on pre-seed and seed deeptech and enterprise software, partnering with founders to scale technologies from concept to commercialization.
Most recently, she served as Director of Business Development at Ionblox, a Series B deeptech startup, where she led commercialization, go-to-market strategy, and strategic finance. Olivia holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an MS in Operations Research and Supply Chain from Case Western Reserve University.

Gautam is an operator turned investor with over a decade of experience in the tech industry, investing from pre-seed to later-stage companies. Before founding OVP, he served as Investment Director at The Players Impact Syndicate, leading growth and later-stage deals.
As the Head of Education & Accelerator Investments at GoingVC and the investment arm GoingVC Partners, he led 11 investments with 1 exit and created the flagship VC training program, training more than 600 professionals. He held cross-functionals roles in fund investments, dealflow generation at a multi-family office, Multiple Capital and Quake Capital Partners. As an operator he drove a 10x revenue growth within 6 months as a Growth & Content Strategist at Edda. Gautam holds an MSc (Strategy & Finance) from EBS University of Business & Law, Germany.
